The Majestic Aliwagwag Falls

Davao Oriental is a province that I’ve been wanting to explore and for years now, Aliwagwag Falls has been on top of my bucket list. Seeing pictures of the majestic falls online just make me want to hop on a van, travel to Cateel and witness its beauty right before my very eyes. Unfortunately, I’ve never really found the chance to do that, until recently when I was invited to join the #ExploreDavaoOriental Familiarization Tour, hosted by the provincial tourism office for the Davao Bloggers. It was a 3-day tour of exploring all the beautiful yet underrated destinations in Davao Oriental.

Hijo Estates: The Heart of Davao Gulf

One thing I regret not having last summer is a vacation. I always cringe at thought that I actually spent most of summer at home working, running errands, feeding the dog, sleeping, watching movies and what have you. I mean, really? I knew I could have simply hopped on a 15-minute boat ride and take a quick dip in Samal, but I didn’t.
