Today is the last day of 2018. I thought of writing a retrospect blog post, but I’m too lazy to do that…for now. Instead, I’m going to share with you all the books I’ve read this year.
2018 was a busy year for me. I had too much going on – in my career, personal, and blogging life. I was juggling so many things that I didn’t have enough time to read more than I wanted to.
I didn’t read a single book during the first half of the year, which is almost embarrassing considering the number of books in my TBR (to-be-read) pile. It wasn’t until August when I started picking up a book, but even then, I was still struggling to build my momentum. I read another book in September, but that was it.
It wasn’t until October when I finally managed to pick up the pace and by December, I had successfully surpassed my 2018 reading challenge . I surprised myself by reading 17 books this year, although admittedly, most of the books I picked up were re-reads. I’ll explain more about that later.
