I wasn’t planning on writing a year-ender post, but there’s still an hour left before the clock strikes 12 o’clock – I’m bored and got nothing to do. So I thought I’d join the bandwagon before we usher in the new year.
I consider 2015 as one of my best years yet. There were so many new lessons and experiences that I will forever be thankful for. I’ve acquired new skills and went to new places I’ve never been to before. My growth this year was tremendous and I couldn’t be more thankful for all the circumstances that allowed me to shape things up and curate a better version of myself. There were a few bumps along the road, but I’d like to think those hinges made me a better person.
God’s blessings were nothing short of amazing, especially for me and my husband. They may not be material things, but they are definitely intangible things that I know will equip us with everything we need for the future. God’s promise for us is beautiful and I know everything will fall into place in His perfect time. All we have to do is be still and patiently wait.
Thank you, 2015! You’ve been amazing!
2016, I am more than ready for you!
To you who’s reading this, Happy New Year, wherever you are in the world!
