Celebrate the Yuletide Season with The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Holiday Menu and Giving Journal 2016

Christmas is just right under our noses and I couldn’t be happier. There is nothing more heartwarming than the sound of cheers from family reunions and Christmas gatherings. I feel like everyone is generally happy during this time of the year, and that alone is good enough reason to celebrate with an open heart.


Speaking of Christmas gathering, I recently attended the The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf’s 2015 Holiday Launch at SM Lanang Premier. It was a mini bloggers reunion of some sort as the place was jam packed with Davao bloggers as well as some of our friends from the media.

We had a lovely time catching up over brunch while CBTL introduced their 2015 Holiday menu and the Giving Journal 2016. We also had a basic watercolor lettering workshop conducted by April San Pedro (read about it here).

This season, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf® is offering its customers two special holiday flavors that make the perfect companions for celebrating the holidays. Each drink comes in two variations: an iced drink, and a warm latte.

Toffee Nut Ice Blended

Inspired by the traditional holiday confections, the Toffee Nut will surely delight your sweet tooth. It is made of buttery caramelized sugar with a hint of nut, paired with the richness of espresso and a sprinkle of toffee bits. Even though I am not a coffee drinker, I do enjoy the the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. I can just smell the aroma of the espresso and toffee bits while writing this!

If you’re not a coffee drinker like myself,  you will be happy with the Winter Dream Tea. This tea concoction is made with rooibos and black tea and blended with sweet spices and hints of Vanilla. That touch of vanilla scent is truly a holiday dream in a cup!

Giving Journal 2016

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf® has once again took upon themselves to spread joy in all forms, by encouraging its community to brew their best years through the Giving Journal 2016. 


This journal is designed to inspire each individual to pursue their passion and find meaning and fulfillment in everyday moments while at the same time providing them with the opportunities to give back by helping others. The Giving Journal is available in tiffany blue, brown, purple, and mustard yellow.

Living up to their tradition, CBTL gives back to the community as they partnered with Real LIFE foundation, the Giving Journal’s beneficiary, to support the educational needs of the less fortunate.


To date, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® has already sponsored 38 university scholars since 2011 – giving them the chance to fulfill their dreams, help their families, and improve their prospects for a brighter future. At present, the brand is proud to share that 13 of the sponsored scholars have already graduated. Evidently, The Giving Journal is certainly not your ordinary planner; it is a gift where the joy of giving and receiving it lasts well past the holiday season.

How to avail the Giving Journal 2016?
