Adult coloring books are fast becoming a trend these days and I, myself, have been wanting to get my hands on one. Unfortunately, they’re not yet available locally, at least from where I live. To relieve my eagerness to color, I went online and printed a couple of coloring pages that were available for download. But of course, being the crafty person that I am, I wanted to try creating my own.
It’s so fun creating all these patterns on Photoshop and I must say, making them is just as therapeutic as coloring. I’ve made a couple of coloring pages already and I’m sharing some of them with you.
Pardon me, but let me vent a little. A couple of months ago, my sisters and I booked a 3-day trip to Cebu via an airline-that-shall-not-be-named. I had a whole itinerary planned out, which included a day tour to Bohol. Unfortunately, a month before our scheduled travel date, I received an email from the airline company saying that our flight was booked to a later date due to aircraft maintenance (bummer!). I tried to negotiate with them, but to no avail.
To cut the story short, we were left with only a day to explore Cebu. It was rather frustrating, but I didn’t want it to ruin my travel mood. Being the control freak that I am, I mapped out a whole new itinerary that involved exploring Cebu City.

When I was 18, I had a journal that kept all my dreams and aspirations. One of those dreams was to travel..a lot. It doesn’t matter where – be it another country or just another city. I just wanted to go out there, see new places, learn new cultures, and widen my horizon. I even remember creating a timeline; that when I finish school, I will go out and explore this ginormous world. It was so ambitious that it scared me.
